Product Development Workflow
Planning
Analyze product requirements, technical specifications, customer standards, and client information. Plan casting and machining processes, equipment, tooling, inspection tools, lifting tools, and other resources. Prepare and finalize PPAP documentation.
Design
Develop 3D models, tooling, non-standard inspection tools, lifting devices, work instructions, lifting guidelines, process cards, CNC programs, and technical documentation based on development requirements.
Development
Produce and validate prototypes using technical specifications. Conduct pre-production reviews between engineers and technicians to address quality control during trial production.
Trial Production
Execute casting or machining trials per work instructions. Perform self-inspections, document issues, and implement corrective actions.

Molding/3D Printing
Create molds/cores using sand molds or 3D printing (layer-by-layer additive manufacturing).
Melting
Melt materials in induction furnaces to achieve required temperature and composition.
Pouring
Pour molten metal into molds for solidification.

Allow molds and metal to cool naturally to specified temperatures.
Cleaning
Remove gates, risers, and surface defects. Perform shot blasting for uniform finish.
Inspection & Storage
Conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure internal and external quality compliance.
